Raw cocoa powder is very healthy. It has a beneficial effect on your cardiovascular system and can reduce stress. In addition, raw cocoa is a good source of minerals and antioxidants and cocoa powder in its raw form has no additional additives.

Recipe

Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate (at least 75% dark)

- 90 grams of mixed nuts (we used almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts)

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil

- 3 tablespoons of organic honey

- 200 g puffed quinoa

Topping

- coconut grater

- (dried fruit)

Preparation method

1.Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a bain marie. (in a bowl over a pan of boiling water).

2.Stir until all the chocolate has melted. Mix in the honey and taste until sweet to your liking.

3.Cut the nuts into coarse pieces.

4.When all the chocolate has melted, add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir well.

5.Line an oven dish with baking paper. And pour in the melted chocolate mixture.

6.Put in the freezer until the chocolate is hard.

7.Once frozen, remove the mixture from the freezer and cut into bars.

8.You can add coconut grater and dried fruit as a topping.
