Recipes


Nowadays there is more processed than unprocessed food in stores and people often no longer know what is healthy and what is not. The recipes are all free of refined sugars and are sweetened by natural products. I use a lot of natural products in my dishes.

My recipes are also largely vegetarian. I don't eat meat, but occasionally a piece of fish and/or chicken. Eating less meat is better for your health and the environment. By eating less meat and replacing it more often with legumes and nuts, you reduce the risk of various deficiencies in the body. Eating less meat also reduces greenhouse gas emissions, putting less strain on the environment.
