Health benefits of beetroot

Beets can help with inflammation, beets are good for your brain and beets help keep blood pressure low.

Recipe

Ingredients

- 1 beetroot (pre-cooked/steamed)

- 1 half banana

- 100 g gluten-free oatmeal

- 1 t gluten-free baking powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 egg


Preparation method

1. Blend the oatmeal in the blender until it becomes a flour ratio.

2. Then add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until it is a batter.

3. Heat a little coconut oil or ghee in a frying pan and spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter into it.

4. Fry the pancakes alternately until golden brown.

5. You can use fresh fruit and some coconut chips as a topping.
