Ingredients

- Papaya halved and without seeds

- 8 tbsp coconut yoghurt

- Berries of your choice

(Blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)

- 100 g pomegranate seeds

- Unsweetened shredded coconut

- 2 tsp hemp seeds

- and your walnuts


Preparation method

1. Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds to create a cavity in the inside.

2. Spoon the coconut yogurt into the cavity until it is even and full.

3. Then add the berries, pomegranate, hemp seeds and walnuts.

4. Finish with grated coconut.
