Ingredients (2 pers.)
- 2 gluten-free pita bread
- 4 eggs
- 100 g feta
- 100 g Baby Spinach
Preparation method
- Cut the feta into small cubes.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Put a large dollop of grass-fed butter in the pan and stew the spinach leaves until they are soft. Then add the beaten eggs and let them coagulate over low heat, stirring regularly.
- In the meantime, heat the pita breads in the toaster.
- Add the eggs to the pan with the feta.
- Serve immediately with the bread cut in half and fill the pita with the scrambled eggs.
