Ingredients

- 1 Sourdough sandwich

- 1 Ripe Avocado

- Grass-fed butter

- Hard boiled egg

- Cheese (optional)


Preparation method

1. Boil the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool completely. Once they are cold you can peel them and set them aside.

2. Cut the avocado into slices and place the avocado on the toast.

3. Gently grate an egg onto the toast and cover with some cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
