- 1/2 avocado

- 2 hard-boiled eggs

- Handful of basil leaves

- 1 tsp (goat) yogurt

- 1 tsp mustard

- 1 small white out

- Pepper and salt


Preparation method

1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and put the eggs in it. Boil them for 12 minutes. Drain the eggs and shock them in cold water. Let them cool.

2. Peel the avocado and onion and cut them into cubes.

3. Peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.

4. Then finely chop the basil leaves.

4. Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

5. Spread this delicious spread on toast or serve it as a dip. Enjoy your meal!
